The beginning
Founded in September 2023 amidst the cultural fusion of Düsseldorf and Paris, Virginie P. was born with a mission: to embolden women(*) around the world to stand tall and seize their power with the perfect attire.

Virginie P. is full of “joie de vivre”, self-confident and very ambitious in what she does. She is charming, doesn’t take herself too seriously and is sure of herself – but unfortunately not always as much as she would like to be. Sometimes she says yes when she wants to say no, and then she is annoyed about not having the courage to stand up for herself. But dressed in her clothes, Virginie P. achieves everything she wants without losing herself or pretending.
She doesn’t need to be feared to be respected – she earns respect through her cheerful, kind, and passionate nature, along with her ability to speak her mind and achieve her goals.
Our brand’s clothing gives Virginie P. and women(*) around the world the confidence and power to fulfill their dreams.

LA PRODUCTION
Each piece at Virginie P. is meticulously handmade in the ateliers of Germany and France, ensuring the highest quality and craftsmanship. Our garments are eye-catching, statement-making, and fall under the “power dressing” category without being overly provocative or severe. From suits adorned with pearls and sequins to remarkable fabrics and intriguing silhouettes, every item is designed for comfort and to be a favorite piece.

Our journey began with a vision to clothe women(*) in garments that illuminate their beauty and nurture their spirit.
We understand that true elegance comes from within, and our designs are crafted to complement the wearer’s essence. Gone are the days of sacrificing comfort for style – at Virginie P., we prove that exquisite fashion can be both indulgent and empowering. We want to inspire our community to be themselves and to never take themselves too seriously.
Whether it’s biting into the center of a croissant or having foam on your lips while sipping a cappuccino, we want our customers to enjoy the simple pleasures in life and feel confident doing so.
LA CRÉATRICE
Meet Léa Virginie Pozzi, the founder and creative force behind Virginie P., a visionary fashion designer with French and German roots. Having graduated from the Fashion Design Institut in Düsseldorf in 2018, she later taught there until September 2023 before relocating to Paris to pursue her dream of launching her own fashion label.
Before establishing her brand, Léa gained valuable experience with esteemed fashion houses such as Giambattista Valli, Viktor & Rolf, and Jean Paul Gaultier. Her collaborations with stylists and photographers have led to features in prestigious fashion publications like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and L’Officiel.
Léa’s designs have graced various events and shows, including her own fashion showcase in September 2022, the Cannes Film Festival, and the Cairo Film Festival of the same year. Notably, she worked with Taylor Swift at the MTV EMAs in Düsseldorf, as well as with Zara Larsson for the Bambi Awards in Munich.
With Virginie P., Léa aims to create a fashion brand dedicated to empowering women(*) to embrace their authenticity and trust in their strength. Each garment is meticulously handcrafted with intricate details, designed to become a cherished favorite in the wearer’s wardrobe.

LA CRÉATRICE

At our brand, we believe that fashion is a form of self-expression and we strive to provide our community with clothes that allow them to feel empowered and effortlessly fashionable.
(*) Virginie P. includes anyone who identifies as female, non-binary, or anyone who loves our designs. Our brand is primarily geared towards women’s cuts but welcomes everyone, regardless of gender, age, or origin. Mutual support and the belief that everyone deserves to achieve their desires are at the heart of Virginie P.
